Processing, shipping and Return

  • Processing time is 14-20 for custom made wigs
  • Hair toppers processing time 30-60 days to make. 
  • Hair Bundles 7-14 days

 I offer a 72hrs return policy from the time you receive your order to request a return. We do not offer refunds on supply your own hair for me to make a  custom wig orders. 

To be eligible for a return for exchange , your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at . If your return is accepted, we'll instruct you on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and be returned back to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once you have received it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items CANNOT be returned and all sales final, such as custom units, custom hair topper, sale items, and gift cards. Items that are damaged by installation via another hair  stylist or yourself. Please get in touch with the person who colored or styled your unit. if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.
